Magic Kingdom

We went to the Disney parks for 5 days.  We visited all the parks and went to the Magic Kingdom 2 days because there is so much to do there.  The favorite rides of Magic Kingdom  for all were the the Buzz Lightyear ride, Pirates of the Caribbean, Peter Pan and Jungle Cruise. We also all liked the Enchanted Tales with Belle.  Anna and Luke thought the Seven Dwarfs ride was a little scary.  Nana was too scared to go on this at all.  The 3 of them also did not go on the Splash Mountain.  That was a favorite for me, Tim and Pa.  The 3 of us also liked Space Mountain. 

We did a go-cart ride.  It was kind of hard to steer that thing.

Anna was Mrs. Potts and Lukey was Belle's dad in the Enchanted Tales with Belle.  It was pretty cute.

After the Tales with Belle, we went to lunch at the Beast's castle, Be Our Guest.  The decorations were pretty cool in there.  This is the only place that serves booze in Magic Kingdom, but only at dinner time.  They seriously need to re-think the no-booze idea in Magic Kingdom.  With all the chaos and crowds in that park, being able to have a beer would be much appreciated.  The other day we were there we had lunch at Pecos Bill Tavern. That was good too.  Would've been even better with margaritas...

In front of Splash Mountain.  They ended up not going on this.  Though, I think Lukey was very torn about this because he kept talking about it.  Then, when we were on our way to Georgia then back to Michigan he kept asking about how if the hills we were driving on were faster or slower than Splash Mountain.

On our last night, we went back to the Magic Kingdom at night to go on the Buzz Lightyear ride one more time then see the Electrical Parade and fireworks.  You can't tell from the pictures, but Anna was blowing kisses to all the floats.  They liked the parade a lot. We didn't make it to the fireworks because Anna fell asleep right after the parade so we decided to call it a night.
