Memorial Weekend

We had a pretty busy Memorial weekend.  We were outside for most of it because the weather was great.

The kids helped with mulch Saturday morning. 

They got a new pool.  It was a hit.

The kids played with Kent and Maeve for a few minutes at Nana and Pa Bob's house.  They were happy to pose for a picture making silly faces.  No chance of getting a pleasant smiling picture though.

We took our annual trip to the Botanical Gardens.  They walked the whole path and had a great time.

On the way home, we stopped at Katherine's house to see baby chickens.  Anna was  good about being nice and gentle with the chicks.

Lukey was good too...I guess the chicken got away in this picture.  Oops.

On Memorial Day, we went to Uncle Rob's house for his birthday.  Paige got the same pool this year.
