Da's Birthday Week




Happy Birthday, Da! This year Tim requested a carrot cake.  I made him one.  Homemade.

Lukey with Ma's hair.  His favorite toy.  He doesn't just put it in his ears anymore.  Now, he likes to brush my hair on his ears, eyes, neck and even tries to get his feet sometimes.

We took Lukey and Anna to the zoo for Tim's birthday.  (Da's birthday was celebrated almost exactly the same as Ma's.  We even went to the same place for dinner.)  Lukey can't get enough of the zoo maps.  He could stand next to the signs talking about all the pictures on it all day.  We finally had enough of standing there after maybe 20 minutes or so.  He was not happy about being taken away from this sign. 

Lukey also liked playing at the park at the zoo.  They have a really good park for Lukey sized kids.  He managed to get really dirty here though.  He liked to put the dirt in his hair.  We had to give him a pool-bath when we got home to get it all out.
