Happy Birthday, Maeve!

This weekend we went to Maeve's house to celebrate her 4th birthday.  She had a great party!  She wanted everyone to wear hats.  Even Anna wore one for a few minutes.

Uncle Ben with Lukey eating tofu and watching Thomas together.

Maeve got a lot of good presents!

Maeve and her Lallaloopsy cake her mommy made her.

Lukey tried to help blow out the candles too.  He's getting a lot better at birthdays.  He no longer yells at people to stop singing. After we sang to Maeve he clapped.

Cousins.

Anna trying on her Halloween costume.  I found some better pants for this outfit, so there will be more pictures of this outfit to come...

She doesn't really like wearing the hat.

This is another pumpkin outfit for Halloween.  This one is nice and warm so she wore it to Kroger this morning.

Anna really likes her kitties.

pumpkins

Anna with Salty.  She likes playing with the Thomas trains too.

I like this picture of Anna because its just so her.  She likes to grind her teeth like this.  It shows off her big cheeks! She has 5 teeth now. Almost 6.

Lukey showing his support for Tigers.

These are his favorite Thomas socks.  I've had to take them out of the dirty laundry before because he specifically wanted these ones.

Da and Lukey match! Except Da didn't wear a stethoscope around his waist.

Anna went to the pumpkin patch in the stroller without the infant carrier!  She liked it.  She thought the pumpkin patch was just okay though.  She'll probably enjoy it more next year.

These 2 white pumpkins were Lukey's clear favorites.  He would put them down in various places but always go back to them.  He likes to carry pumpkins around and throw them.

Lukey and his white pumpkins.

He also likes to poke the pumpkins.

Da's pumpkin.

It was hard to fit all the pumpkins in the wagon with the soccer ball and Thomas ball that Lukey insisted we bring.  He made it work though.

A big boy and baby girls

Lukey had his 2 year physical this week.  He's a big boy.  He's in the 97th percentile for height (37 inches) and 89th for weight (32.5 pounds).  Head is somewhere in the 70th.  He really did not enjoy going to the doctor at all.

Lukey cheered for Michigan State even though they didn't win.  His new favorite game is setting up his Thomas trains on his upside down chair then pushing them off.  It's from a scene in his new favorite Thomas movie from Nana and Pa. He has watched the movie MANY times since last week and acts out the scenes throughout the day.

Uncle Rob and Paige came over to watch the football game.  I had high hopes for a photo shoot of the girls in their matching outfits from their Grammy.  It was kind of a bust since Anna wouldn't sit still for a second.  Since she started crawling she's always on the go! Maybe some other time.

Baby Paige.

Lukey requested that I take pictures of him.

Looking pretty cool!
