Anna is a good eater

Anna has been really eying and reaching for our food for the last few days.  On Monday, we decided to let her try her first non- just milk meal.  She had oatmeal.  She LOVED it!  In between bites she would scream because she wanted more.  She sucked on the spoon trying to get more and more oatmeal.  These pictures and video were taken on Tuesday after she settled down a bit.  Hopefully she will keep up her enthusiasm for food!

Busy Weekend

This weekend we went to Leah's 3rd birthday party.  Anna played with her friend Juliet and another baby.   Lukey liked playing with Leah and their cat, Brain.

The Zdrodowski family.  We all went to Tara's wedding this weekend.  Lukey and Anna stayed home with cousin Laudine and her daughters, Abby and Emma.  It sounds like they had fun! 

Lukey in the City Part II: Anna Too

This weekend we took Lukey and Anna to Chicago to visit Uncle Jamie and Aunt Beth.  They had a great time going to the beach, playing at the park and going to the zoo.  Thanks for having us Jamie and Beth!

Beth and I thought Tim's beach shirt was pretty funny.  Robin requested that Tim wear it. 

Lukey kept hugging Anna and she liked it.  She laughed and laughed.

We stopped at St. Joe's on the way home.  You can kind of see Lukey in the center with the red Elmo shorts and white Elmo shirt.

Paige is getting pretty big.  She is starting to catch up with Anna.  Here are some pictures of them celebrating Grammy's birthday together.

Anna has started to be able to sit!  I wanted a picture of this but by this point she was done with pictures and ready to go to sleep.

Last week we went to the Botanical Gardens.  A lot of flowers were bloomed but we didn't get any good pictures because Lukey was too busy. We had fun though.

Lukey kept kissing Anna but we never did get a good shot of it so it looks like they're just staring at each other. 
He's starting to acknowledge her presence a little more now.  Which is nice because maybe they'll start to play more together.  However, it also means that he yells more for her to get out of things like the exersaucer and also has started to cry for me to put "Anna down!" so I can pick him up.  They're friends though.
